CST- Child Study Team

The CST (Child Study Team) is a team of teachers and specialists who meet weekly with teachers who are looking for guidance around a particular student's learning needs.  CST members use their individual expertise as well as follow a protocol of guiding questions to help teachers think of new ways to support their students.  Teachers go back to their classrooms with different strategies to use, then return to the CST to follow up.  If no progress is made, other recommendations will be made and the team may consider additional evaluations. Parents will be informed by the classroom teacher if such recommendations are made.
